ASUS announced the new ROG Strix Carry wireless mouse, which was first showcased back in CES 2019. It is a compact gaming mouse that can be carried around with the users easily.
The ROG Strix Carry has a dimension of 101 mm x 62 mm x 36 mm (LxWxH), weighing in at 72.9 grams without the two AA batteries. A custom leatherette carrying pouch is included inside the packaging. The mouse is equipped with a Pixart PMW3330 optical sensor, capable of achieving up to 7200 dpi. The two main buttons use reputable Omron switches, and can be replaced or switched via the ROG-exclusive switch sockets.
The ROG Strix Carry can be connected wirelessly with either Bluetooth or 2.4 GHz RF. In Bluetooth mode, you can use the mouse for up to 433 hours. In 2.4 GHz mode, the mouse will be more responsive with a 1 ms (1000 Hz) report rate and can last for up to 300 hours, which also requires a USB dongle.
Official pricing and availability have yet to revealed by ASUS.
