id Software, the developer of DOOM Eternal, tweeted on the official twitter earlier, stating that the game will not be able to meet its original launch date of 22nd November 2019.
DOOM Eternal is now expected to release later on 20th March 2020. According to the tweet, the developers require more time to better polish the game, probably to avoid major glitches or bugs at launch. In addition to the delay, they also announced a few updates to the game, such as the new “Invasion Mode”.
